Play Your Wor[l]ds - ITA/ENG

A string of text to create a character and starting scene, a light and flexible system which is good for any setting and play style. Here it is:

PLAY YOUR WOR[L]DS 

 Take it and create your game world, or live your favourite setting without useless complications: play worlds, not rules!

This game tries to make some principles born with the Free Kriegspiel Revolution (FKR) its own: the rules are minimal, the use of numerical scores is stripped to the bone or non-existent (avoiding, de facto, the need to adapt game mechanics to the narrative context), and there is a absolute trust between the World and the Players in establishing “what is a yes and what is a no”. 

This is, in fact, the only way to narrate and live stories gifted with charm and consistency.

A total of 5 pages, and the first two of these can be folded into a booklet containing PC sheet and rules for players. The project will soon evolve with new contents.

Una Stringa di testo per creare il Personaggio e la scena inziale, un sistema leggerissimo e flessibile adatto a qualsiasi ambientazione e stile di gioco, ecco a voi:

PLAY YOUR WOR[L]DS

Prendetelo e create il vostro mondo di gioco, oppure prendete la vostra ambientazione preferita e vivetela senza troppe e inutili complicazioni: play worlds, not rules! (gioca mondi, non regole!).

In particolare questo gioco cerca di fare suoi alcuni principi nati in seno alla Free Kriegsspiel Revolution (FKR), tra i quali il minimalismo delle regole, con punteggi ridotti all'osso o addirittura inesistenti, la facilità di adattamento in base al contesto narrativo e la reciproca fiducia tra Mondo e Giocatori nello stabilire "cosa si e cosa no".

In questo modo si potranno narrare e vivere storie dotate di fascino e coerenza. Il progetto si evolverà presto con ulteriori contenuti.
